These countries were followed by Austria, Libya, Egypt, Morocco, Spain, Romania, Switzerland, Germany, Bangladesh and Poland, which together accounted for a further 39%.
From 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were in Bangladesh (with a CAGR of +17.0%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, Algeria ($X), Bangladesh ($X) and Germany ($X) were the largest markets for truck crane exported from Italy worldwide, with a combined 35% share of total exports.
Bangladesh, with a CAGR of +21.9%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, in terms of the main countries of destination over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2021, the average truck crane import price amounted to $X per unit, increasing by 49% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2020 when the average import price increased by 164% against the previous year. The import price peaked in 2021 and is likely to see steady growth in the near future.
Prices varied noticeably country of origin: the country with the highest price was Germany ($X per unit), while the price for Denmark ($X per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Sweden (+471.1%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.
