In value terms, citrus fruit preserves exports dropped to $X in 2020. Over the period under review, exports saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2012 when exports increased by X% y-o-y. Exports peaked at $X in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2020, exports remained at a lower figure.

The UK (X tonnes), the U.S. (X tonnes) and Canada (X tonnes) were the main destinations of citrus fruit preserves exports from Italy, with a combined X% share of total exports. From 2007 to 2020, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the Netherlands, while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
