In value terms, green coffee exports dropped rapidly to $X in 2020. Overall, exports recorded pronounced growth. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2009 when exports increased by X% y-o-y. Over the period under review, exports hit record highs at $X in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2020, exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Canada (X tonnes), the UK (X tonnes) and France (X tonnes) were the main destinations of green coffee exports from Israel, with a combined X% share of total exports. These countries were followed by Germany, the U.S. and Mexico, which together accounted for a further X 2007 to 2020, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Germany, while exports for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, Canada ($X), the UK ($X) and France ($X) constituted the largest markets for green coffee exported from Israel worldwide, with a combined X% share of total exports. Overall, export price indicated a moderate expansion from 2007 to 2020: its price increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last thirteen-year period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2020 figures, green coffee export price decreased by -X% against 2018 indices. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2010 an increase of X% y-o-y. The export price peaked at $X per tonne in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2020, export prices failed to regain the momentum.

Average prices varied noticeably for the major external markets. In 2020, the highest prices were recorded for prices to Mexico ($X per tonne) and the U.S. ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to France ($X per tonne) and Canada ($X per tonne) were amongst the lowest.

From 2007 to 2020, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Mexico, while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
