Exports from Indonesia

In 2022, overseas shipments of natural rubber and gums increased by X% to X tons for the first time since 2019, thus ending a two-year declining trend. In general, exports, however, recorded a deep setback. The exports peaked at X tons in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, natural rubber and gum exports totaled $X in 2022. Overall, exports, however, faced a abrupt descent. Vietnam (X tons), Brazil (X tons) and Turkey (X tons) were the main destinations of natural rubber and gum exports from Indonesia, with a combined X% share of total exports. Guatemala, Belgium, Slovenia, Italy, China and the United States lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X%.
