Melon Market Size in India

The United Arab Emirates (X tonnes) was the main destination for melon exports from India, accounting for a X% share of total exports. Moreover, melon exports to the United Arab Emirates exceeded the volume sent to the second major destination, the Netherlands (X tonnes), sixfold. The third position in this ranking was occupied by Qatar (X tonnes), with a X% share.

From 2007 to 2018, the average annual growth rate of volume to the United Arab Emirates totaled +X%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: the Netherlands (+X% per year) and Qatar (+X% per year).

Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination; the country with the highest price was the Netherlands ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to the United Arab Emirates ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.
