Exports from Hungary

In 2022, shipments abroad of pork decreased by X% to X tons for the first time since 2018, thus ending a three-year rising trend. The total export volume increased at an average annual rate of X% from 2012 to 2022; the trend pattern remained consistent, with somewhat noticeable fluctuations being observed throughout the analyzed period. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 with an increase of X%. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at X tons in 2021, and then fell modestly in the following year.
