In value terms, base station exports contracted significantly to $X in 2021. Over the period under review, exports recorded a measured increase. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 with an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at $X in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2021, the exports remained at a lower figure.

The Netherlands (X tons), Italy (X tons) and France (X tons) were the main destinations of base station exports from Hungary, together accounting for X% of total exports.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by the Netherlands (with a CAGR of +X%), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
In value terms, France ($X), Germany ($X) and Italy ($X) were the largest markets for base station exported from Hungary worldwide, together comprising X% of total exports. These countries were followed by Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Finland, Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, Bulgaria, Ireland and Portugal, which together accounted for a further X terms of the main countries of destination, the Netherlands, with a CAGR of +X%, saw the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of exports, over the period under review, while shipments for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports into Hungary
For the fourth consecutive year, Hungary recorded growth in purchases abroad of base stations, which increased by X% to X tons in 2021. Overall, imports posted a prominent expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. Imports peaked at X tons in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2021, imports remained at a lower figure.

In 2021, China (X tons) constituted the largest supplier of base station to Hungary, with a X% share of total imports. Moreover, base station imports from China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Slovakia (X tons), more than tenfold. France (X tons) ranked third in terms of total imports with a X% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume from China totaled +X%. The remaining supplying countries recorded the following average annual rates of imports growth: Slovakia (+X% per year) and France (-X% per year).
In value terms, China ($X) constituted the largest supplier of base station to Hungary, comprising X% of total imports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by Germany ($X), with a X% share of total imports. It was followed by France, with a X% share.

The growth pace was the most rapid in 2017 an increase of X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the maximum at $X per ton in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2021, import prices remained at a lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In 2021, the country with the highest price was China ($X per ton), while the price for Slovakia ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
