Overall, aluminium tube imports continue to indicate a measured reduction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. In that year, aluminium tube imports reached their peak of X tonnes. From 2014 to 2018, the growth of aluminium tube imports failed to regain its momentum.

In value terms, aluminium tube imports totaled $X in 2018. Over the period under review, aluminium tube imports continue to indicate a pronounced decrease. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2013 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. In that year, aluminium tube imports reached their peak of $X. From 2014 to 2018, the growth of aluminium tube imports remained at a lower figure.

Imports by Country

Italy (X tonnes), Turkey (X tonnes) and China (X tonnes) were the main suppliers of aluminium tube imports to Greece, together comprising X% of total imports. Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin; the country with the highest price was Turkey ($X per tonne), while the price for Italy ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.
