Refrigerated Vessel Exports

Exports

Global refrigerated vessel exports soared to X units in 2022, rising by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, exports, however, faced a dramatic decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when exports increased by X,230% against the previous year. As a result, the exports attained the peak of X units. From 2015 to 2022, the growth of the global exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, refrigerated vessel exports reduced dramatically to $X in 2022. In general, exports, however, recorded a deep reduction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. The global exports peaked at $X in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

The UK dominates exports structure, accounting for X units, which was near X% of total exports in 2022. Japan (X units) took a minor share of total exports.

The UK experienced a relatively flat trend pattern with regard to volume of exports of refrigerated vessels (ships). At the same time, Japan (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. From 2015 to 2022, the growth of global imports remained at a lower figure.
