As a result, imports reached the peak of X units. From 2019 to 2021, the growth of imports failed to regain momentum.
In value terms, wood milling machine imports surged to $X in 2021. Overall, imports continue to indicate a mild expansion. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 with an increase of 119%. As a result, imports attained the peak of $X. From 2019 to 2021, the growth of imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

China (X units), Germany (X units) and Belgium (X units) were the main suppliers of wood milling machine imports to France, with a combined 74% share of total imports. The Netherlands, Lithuania, Italy and Austria lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 19%.
