Ghee Market Size in Finland

After two years of growth, the Finnish ghee market decreased by -X% to $X in 2019. Over the period under review, consumption, however, continues to indicate a resilient expansion. There were significant differences in the average prices for the major export markets. In 2019, the country with the highest price was Israel ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to Sweden ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.

From 2007 to 2019, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Saudi Arabia, while the prices for the other major destinations experienced mixed trend patterns.

Imports into Finland

Ghee imports into Finland fell to X tonnes in 2019, which is down by -X% against 2018. Overall, imports, however, enjoyed resilient growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 when imports increased by X% year-to-year. As a result, imports reached the peak of X tonnes. From 2015 to 2019, the growth imports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, ghee imports fell markedly to $X in 2019. In general, imports, however, saw resilient growth. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2012 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, imports attained the maximum at $X in 2018, and then reduced remarkably in the following year.
