Exports from Estonia

For the third consecutive year, Estonia recorded growth in shipments abroad of birds eggs, which increased by X% to X tons in 2022. In general, exports enjoyed a mild expansion. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at X tons in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, birds egg exports soared to $X in 2022. Overall, exports, however, continue to indicate a slight curtailment. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at $X in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the exports failed to regain momentum.

Lithuania (X tons), Germany (X tons) and Latvia (X tons) were the main destinations of birds egg exports from Estonia, with a combined X% share of total exports. Denmark, Sweden and Finland lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further X%.
