Postcard Exports

Exports from the Czech Republic

After two years of decline, overseas shipments of printed or illustrated postcards and printed cards increased by X% to X tons in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, recorded a noticeable setback. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at X tons in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, postcard exports stood at $X in 2022. The total export value increased at an average annual rate of X% over the period from 2012 to 2022; however, the trend pattern remained relatively stable, with only minor fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of X%. The exports peaked at $X in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, the exports failed to regain momentum.

Over the period under review, imports, however, saw a pronounced slump. Imports peaked at X tons in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, imports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, postcard imports surged to $X in 2022. In general, total imports indicated a tangible expansion from 2012 to 2022: its value increased at an average annual rate of X% over the last decade.
