Mica Market Size in the Czech Republic

From 2012 to 2021, the average annual rate of growth in terms of volume to Slovakia stood at +X%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Hungary (X% per year) and Italy (X% per year).
In value terms, Slovakia ($X) emerged as the key foreign market for mica exports from the Czech Republic, comprising X% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by Poland ($X), with a X% share of total exports. It was followed by Hungary, with a X% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value to Slovakia amounted to +X%. Exports to the other major destinations recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Poland (+X% per year) and Hungary (X% per year).
Export Prices by Country
The average mica export price stood at $X per tonne in 2021, declining by -X% against the previous year. Overall, the export price, however, enjoyed a strong increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2014 an increase of X%. The export price peaked at $X per tonne in 2020, and then dropped remarkably in the following year.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In 2021, the country with the highest price was Poland ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to Slovakia ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2021, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Hungary (X%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Imports into the Czech Republic
In 2021, imports of mica into the Czech Republic reached X tonnes, with an increase of X% against the previous year's figure. In general, imports, however, continue to indicate a pronounced curtailment. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 when imports increased by X%. Over the period under review, imports hit record highs at X tonnes in 2018; however, from 2019 to 2021, imports failed to regain momentum.

The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 an increase of X% against the previous year. The import price peaked in 2021 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.
Average prices varied noticeably amongst the major supplying countries. In 2021, the country with the highest price was Russia ($X per tonne), while the price for India totaled $X per tonne.
