In 2019, India (X tons), distantly followed by the U.S. (X tons), Turkey (X tons), Italy (X tons) and China (X tons) represented the largest exporters of bentonite, together achieving X% of total exports. The following exporters - Slovakia (X tons), Azerbaijan (X tons), the Czech Republic (X tons), the Netherlands (X tons), Germany (X tons) and Greece (X tons) - together made up X% of total exports.

From 2007 to 2019, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the key exporting countries, was attained by Greece, while exports for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, the largest bentonite supplying countries from Croatia were the U.S. ($X), Turkey ($X) and India ($X), with a combined X% share of total exports.

Over the period under review, import price indicated a pronounced increase from 2007 to 2019: its price increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last twelve-year period.
