Safety Glass Market Size in Colombia

After four years of growth, the Colombian safety glass market decreased by -X% to $X in 2020. Overall, consumption showed prominent growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 with an increase of X% against the previous year. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2009 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. As a result, exports reached the peak of $X. From 2010 to 2020, the growth exports remained at a lower figure.

Panama (X square meters), the U.S. (X square meters) and Venezuela (X square meters) were the main destinations of safety glass exports from Colombia, together comprising X% of total exports. These countries were followed by Ecuador, Mexico, Canada and the Netherlands, which together accounted for a further X 2007 to 2020, the most notable rate of growth in terms of shipments, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by the Netherlands, while exports for the other leaders experienced mixed trend patterns.
