In 2022, approx. X square meters of woven carpets and other woven textile coverings were exported in the CIS; which is down by X% compared with 2021. Overall, exports, however, recorded a buoyant expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at X square meters in 2021, and then reduced in the following year.

In value terms, woven carpet exports fell significantly to $X in 2022. In general, exports, however, enjoyed moderate growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when imports increased by X% against the previous year.
