Exports of Pasta Stuffed With Meat, Fish and Cheese

For the third consecutive year, the CIS recorded growth in overseas shipments of pasta stuffed with meat, fish and cheese, which increased by X% to X tons in 2022. In general, exports, however, saw a pronounced decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2018 with an increase of X%. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at X tons in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, the exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, meat, fish or cheese pasta exports declined to $X in 2022. Overall, exports, however, showed a perceptible downturn. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2017 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. The level of export peaked at $X in 2013; however, from 2014 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

The shipments of the three major exporters of pasta stuffed with meat, fish and cheese, namely Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, represented more than two-thirds of total export.

From 2012 to 2022, the biggest increases were recorded for Kazakhstan (with a CAGR of X%), while shipments for the other leaders experienced mixed trends in the exports figures.
