In 2022, shipments abroad of gloves, mittens and mitts (excluding knitted or crocheted) decreased by X% to X pairs, falling for the second consecutive year after two years of growth. Overall, exports showed a slight decline. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 when exports increased by X%. As a result, the exports attained the peak of X pairs. From 2021 to 2022, the growth of the exports failed to regain momentum.

In value terms, gloves exports dropped significantly to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports recorded a perceptible setback.
