Exports from Belarus decreased at an average annual rate of -X% from 2012 to 2021. At the same time, Russia (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Russia emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in the CIS, with a CAGR of +X% from 2012-2021. While the share of Russia (less than X p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the total exports from 2012-2021, the share of Belarus (less than X p.p.) displayed negative dynamics.

In value terms, Belarus ($X) remains the largest flax, tow and waste supplier in the CIS, comprising X% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was taken by Russia ($X), with a X% share of total exports.
