Exports in CIS

In 2022, shipments abroad of chandeliers decreased by X% to X tons for the first time since 2019, thus ending a two-year rising trend. Overall, exports recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 with an increase of X% against the previous year. As a result, the exports reached the peak of X tons, and then reduced sharply in the following year.

In value terms, chandelier exports fell dramatically to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports recorded a pronounced slump. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. As a result, the exports attained the peak of $X, and then fell remarkably in the following year.

Exports by Country

Belarus represented the main exporter of chandeliers in the CIS, with the volume of exports resulting at X tons, which was near X% of total exports in 2022. Kyrgyzstan (X tons) held a X% share (based on physical terms) of total exports, which put it in second place, followed by Moldova (X%). The following exporters - Uzbekistan (X tons) and Kazakhstan (X tons) - each resulted at a X% share of total exports.

Exports from Belarus increased at an average annual rate of X% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Kyrgyzstan (X%), Uzbekistan (X%), Moldova (X%) and Kazakhstan (X%) displayed positive paces of growth.
