Exports from China

In 2022, shipments abroad of canned food was finally on the rise to reach X tons after two years of decline. Overall, exports showed a relatively flat trend pattern. As a result, the exports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

In value terms, canned food exports surged to $X in 2022. The total export value increased at an average annual rate of X% over the period from 2012 to 2022; the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Exports by Country

Japan (X tons), South Korea (X tons) and the United States (X tons) were the main destinations of canned food exports from China, together comprising X% of total exports. The Netherlands, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Germany, Russia, the UK, Vietnam, Yemen and Singapore lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further X%.
