Germany (X tonnes), Poland (X tonnes) and Argentina (X tonnes) were the main destinations of dried mushroom exports from Chile, with a combined X% share of total exports. Italy, Brazil, Switzerland, Bulgaria, the U.S. and Russia lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X 2007 to 2018, the most notable rate of growth in terms of exports, amongst the main countries of destination, was attained by Bulgaria (+X% per year), while the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

The export price peaked at $X per tonne in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2018, export prices remained at a lower figure.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination; the country with the highest price was Switzerland ($X per tonne), while the average price for exports to Bulgaria ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.

From 2007 to 2018, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Switzerland, while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

Dried mushroom imports into Chile stood at X tonnes in 2018, increasing by X% against the previous year. In general, dried mushroom imports continue to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2018 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. In that year, dried mushroom imports attained their peak and are likely to continue its growth in the immediate term.
