In 2022, shipments abroad of permanent magnets was finally on the rise to reach X tons for the first time since 2018, thus ending a three-year declining trend. Overall, exports enjoyed significant growth. As a result, the exports attained the peak and are likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

Kazakhstan represented the key exporter of permanent magnets in Central Asia, with the volume of exports resulting at X tons, which was near X% of total exports in 2022. Mongolia (X tons) held a X% share (based on physical terms) of total exports, which put it in second place, followed by Uzbekistan (X%). Kyrgyzstan (X kg) held a little share of total exports.
