Exports in Central Asia

Nitrates exports surged to X tons in 2022, picking up by X% on the year before. Over the period under review, exports showed a significant expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2015 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in years to come.

In value terms, nitrates exports surged to $X in 2022. Overall, exports showed a significant increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2020 with an increase of X%. The level of export peaked in 2022 and is likely to continue growth in the immediate term.

In 2022, Uzbekistan (X tons) was the main exporter of nitrates (excluding those of potassium), committing X% of total exports.
