Exports of Mixed Condiments, Sauses and Seasonings

Exports in Central Asia

In 2022, shipments abroad of mixed condiments, sauses and seasonings decreased by X% to X tons for the first time since 2015, thus ending a six-year rising trend. Overall, exports, however, continue to indicate a buoyant increase. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2017 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at X tons in 2021, and then declined in the following year.

In value terms, mixed condiment, sause and seasoning exports expanded sharply to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, saw a resilient increase. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum in 2022 and are likely to see gradual growth in years to come.

Kazakhstan dominates exports structure, reaching X tons, which was approx. X% of total exports in 2022. It was distantly followed by Uzbekistan (X tons), committing a X% share of total exports.
