For the fourth year in a row, Central Asia recorded decline in shipments abroad of aluminium tubes and pipes, which decreased by X% to X kg in 2022. Over the period under review, imports reached the peak figure at $X in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, imports failed to regain momentum.

In 2022, Uzbekistan (X tons) was the key importer of aluminium tubes and pipes, committing X% of total imports. Turkmenistan (X tons) ranks second in terms of the total imports with a X% share, followed by Kyrgyzstan (X%) and Kazakhstan (X%). The following importers - Mongolia (X tons) and Tajikistan (X tons) - each finished at a X% share of total imports.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of purchases, amongst the leading importing countries, was attained by Kyrgyzstan (with a CAGR of X%), while imports for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
