Vinegar Exports

Exports from Canada

In 2023, shipments abroad of vinegar decreased by X% to X tons, falling for the second year in a row after three years of growth. Overall, exports, however, posted a resilient expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2021 with an increase of X%. As a result, the exports attained the peak of X tons. From 2022 to 2023, the growth of the exports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, vinegar exports declined significantly to $X in 2023. Over the period under review, exports, however, recorded a notable expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 with an increase of X% against the previous year. The exports peaked at $X in 2021; however, from 2022 to 2023, the exports remained at a lower figure.

Exports by Country

The United States (X tons), the Netherlands (X tons) and the UK (X tons) were the main destinations of vinegar exports from Canada, together accounting for X% of total exports. Taiwan (Chinese) and France lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X%.
