Exports from Bulgaria

After three years of growth, overseas shipments of spirits, liqueurs and other spirituous beverages decreased by X% to X litres in 2022. Overall, exports, however, enjoyed a moderate increase. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2015 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the exports of hit record highs at X litres in 2021, and then shrank rapidly in the following year.

In value terms, exports of spirits, liqueurs and other spirituous beverages shrank rapidly to $X in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, enjoyed resilient growth. Romania (X litres) was the main destination for exports of spirits, liqueurs and other spirituous beverages from Bulgaria, with a X% share of total exports.
