Decaffeinated Coffee Exports

Exports from Belgium

For the third year in a row, Belgium recorded growth in shipments abroad of decaffeinated coffee, which increased by X% to X tons in 2022. Over the period under review, exports, however, saw a abrupt decrease. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure at X tons in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, decaffeinated coffee exports skyrocketed to $X in 2022. Overall, exports, however, showed a noticeable contraction. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2021 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. The exports peaked at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

France (X tons), the Netherlands (X tons) and the UK (X tons) were the main destinations of decaffeinated coffee exports from Belgium, together accounting for X% of total exports.
