Imports peaked at X tonnes in 2007; however, from 2008 to 2018, imports remained at a lower figure.

In value terms, dried mushroom imports totaled $X in 2018. The total import value increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the period from 2007 to 2018; however, the trend pattern indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded over the period under review. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when imports increased by X% y-o-y. Imports peaked at $X in 2014; however, from 2015 to 2018, imports failed to regain their momentum.

Imports by Country

In 2018, the Netherlands (X tonnes) constituted the largest supplier of dried mushroom to Austria, with a X% share of total imports. Moreover, dried mushroom imports from the Netherlands exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest supplier, Germany (X tonnes), twofold.
