Total exports indicated a notable expansion from 2007 to 2020: its value increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last thirteen years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2020 figures, exports decreased by -X% against 2017 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2008 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. The following importers - Saudi Arabia (X tonnes) and the Philippines (X tonnes) - together made up X% of total imports.

Imports into China increased at an average annual rate of +X% from 2007 to 2020. at the same time, the Philippines (+X%) and Saudi Arabia (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth.
