The country with the largest volume of camel meat production was China (X tonnes), accounting for X% of total volume. Moreover, camel meat production in China exceeded the figures recorded by the second-largest producer, Pakistan (X tonnes), fivefold. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2020 figures, exports increased by +X% against 2015 indices. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 when exports increased by X% year-to-year. As a result, the exports reached the peak of X tonnes, and then reduced markedly in the following year.

In value terms, camel meat exports declined markedly to $X in 2020. Total exports indicated a notable increase from 2007 to 2020: its value increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last thirteen-year period. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2020 figures, exports increased by +X% against 2015 indices. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 when exports increased by X% y-o-y. As a result, the exports attained the peak of $X, and then plummeted in the following year.

The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2013 when imports increased by X% year-to-year. As a result, imports attained the peak of X tonnes. From 2014 to 2020, the growth imports remained at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, camel meat imports contracted rapidly to $X in 2020. Over the period under review, imports, however, continue to indicate strong growth. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2013 when imports increased by X% against the previous year. As a result, imports reached the peak of $X.
