Production By Country in Asia
The countries with the highest volumes of grape juice (single strength) production in 2021 were Iran (X tonnes), Uzbekistan (X tonnes) and Cyprus (X tonnes), together comprising X% of total production. Turkey and Japan lagged somewhat behind, together comprising a further X 2012 to 2021, the biggest increases were in Turkey (+X%), while grape juice (single strength) production for the other leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

As a result, the exports reached the peak of X tonnes. From 2019 to 2021, the growth of the exports remained at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, grape juice (single strength) exports shrank to $X in 2021. In general, exports, however, showed a noticeable increase. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2018 with an increase of X% y-o-y. Over the period under review, the exports hit record highs at $X in 2020, and then contracted in the following year.

Cyprus prevails in grape juice (single strength) exports structure, reaching X tonnes, which was near X% of total exports in 2021. Turkey (X tonnes) held a X% share (based on tonnes) of total exports, which put it in second place, followed by Saudi Arabia (X%) and Israel (X%). Thailand (X tonnes), South Korea (X tonnes) and Kuwait (X tonnes) followed a long way behind the leaders.
From 2012 to 2021, average annual rates of growth with regard to grape juice (single strength) exports from Cyprus stood at +X%. At the same time, Israel (+X%), Kuwait (+X%), Thailand (+X%), Saudi Arabia (+X%) and South Korea (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Israel emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in Asia, with a CAGR of +X% from 2012-2021. By contrast, Turkey (-X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. While the share of Cyprus (+X p.p.), Israel (+X p.p.), Saudi Arabia (+X p.p.), Thailand (+X p.p.), Kuwait (+X p.p.) and South Korea (+X p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the total exports from 2012-2021, the share of Turkey (-X p.p.) displayed negative dynamics.
In value terms, Cyprus ($X) remains the largest grape juice (single strength) supplier in Asia, comprising X% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by Turkey ($X), with an X% share of total exports. It was followed by Saudi Arabia, with a X% share.
From 2012 to 2021, the average annual growth rate of value in Cyprus totaled +X%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Turkey (-X% per year) and Saudi Arabia (+X% per year).
Export Prices by Country
The grape juice (single strength) export price in Asia stood at $X per tonne in 2021, picking up by X% against the previous year. Over the last nine-year period, it increased at an average annual rate of +X%. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2020 when the export price increased by X% year-to-year. The level of export peaked in 2021 and is expected to retain growth in the near future.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was South Korea ($X per tonne), while Cyprus ($X per tonne) was amongst the lowest.

The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2019 with an increase of X% y-o-y. The volume of import peaked at X tonnes in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, imports stood at a somewhat lower figure.
In value terms, grape juice (single strength) imports totaled $X in 2021. Overall, imports saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2019 with an increase of X% year-to-year. The level of import peaked at $X in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2021, imports remained at a lower figure.
