Exports in Africa

In 2022, approx. X tons of phosphinates (hypophosphites) and phosphonates (phosphites) were exported in Africa; declining by X% on the previous year's figure. Over the period under review, exports recorded a slight downturn. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2014 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value in South Africa stood at X%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Tunisia (X% per year) and Egypt (X% per year).

The export price in Africa stood at $X per ton in 2022, rising by X% against the previous year. Overall, the export price saw a strong increase.
