The following exporters - Mauritania (X units) and Cote d'Ivoire (X units) - each resulted at an X% share of total exports.
Exports from Tunisia increased at an average annual rate of X% from 2012 to 2022. At the same time, Nigeria (X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Nigeria emerged as the fastest-growing exporter exported in Africa, with a CAGR of X% from 2012-2022. By contrast, Tanzania (X%), Mauritania (X%) and Cote d'Ivoire (X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. While the share of Tunisia (X p.p.), Nigeria (X p.p.), Mauritania (X p.p.) and Cote d'Ivoire (X p.p.) increased significantly in terms of the total exports from 2012-2022, the share of Tanzania (X p.p.) displayed negative dynamics.
In value terms, Tunisia ($X) remains the largest dental instruments supplier in Africa, comprising X% of total exports. The second position in the ranking was held by Cote d'Ivoire ($X), with a X% share of total exports. It was followed by Tanzania, with a X% share.
From 2012 to 2022, the average annual growth rate of value in Tunisia stood at X%. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates of exports growth: Cote d'Ivoire (X% per year) and Tanzania (X% per year).
Export Prices by Country
In 2022, the export price in Africa amounted to $X per unit, picking up by X% against the previous year. Overall, the export price showed resilient growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2014 an increase of X%. Over the period under review, the export prices reached the peak figure at $X per unit in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.

Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Mali, Angola, Mozambique, Tanzania and Benin lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further X%.
