Exports in Africa

In 2022, the amount of carpets and other textile floor coverings exported in Africa declined significantly to X square meters, waning by X% compared with 2021. Over the period under review, exports continue to indicate a abrupt contraction. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2017 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the exports attained the maximum at X square meters in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the exports stood at a somewhat lower figure.

In value terms, carpet exports contracted significantly to $X in 2022. Overall, exports showed a abrupt decline.
