Exports in Africa

For the eleventh year in a row, Africa recorded growth in shipments abroad of blueberries and cranberries, which increased by X% to X tons in 2022. Overall, exports recorded a significant expansion. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2019 when exports increased by X%. Over the period under review, the exports attained the peak figure in 2022 and are expected to retain growth in years to come.

In value terms, blueberry and cranberry exports shrank to $X in 2022. In general, exports posted significant growth. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2013 when exports increased by X% against the previous year. The level of export peaked at $X in 2021, and then declined slightly in the following year.

In value terms, blueberry and cranberry imports skyrocketed to $X in 2022. In general, imports showed significant growth.
