From 2007 to 2016, the most notable growth rate of video game imports, among the main importing countries, was attained by China, Macao SAR (+X% per year), while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

In value terms, the largest video game markets worldwide were Germany ($X), Japan ($X) and the UK ($X), together comprising X% of global imports. These countries were followed by France, Spain, Mexico, Australia, the Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Belgium and China, Macao SAR, which together accounted for a further X%.
