By contrast, the Netherlands (-X%), and Mexico (-X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. Mexico (X%), and the Netherlands (X%) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the global imports, while Australia, Germany, the UK, South Korea, Nigeria, and Mozambique saw its share reduced by -X%, -X%, -X%, -X%, -X%, and -X% from 2007 to 2016, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, China ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported diode worldwide, making up X% of global imports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by Germany ($X), with the share of X% of global imports. It was followed by South Korea, with the share of X%.
From 2007 to 2016, the average annual growth rate of value of diode imports in China expanded at +X%. The remaining importing countries recorded the following average annual rates: Germany (-X% per year) and South Korea (+X% per year).
