In 2016, the global imports of clothing accessories amounted to X tons, remaining stable against the previous year figure. China experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. China, Hong Kong SAR (X%), and China (X%) significantly strengthened its position in terms of the global imports, while Vietnam, and the U.S. saw its share reduced by -X%, and -X% from 2007 to 2016, respectively. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.

In value terms, the U.S. ($X), Vietnam ($X) and Germany ($X) were the countries with the highest levels of imports in 2016, with a combined X% share of global imports.

Vietnam (+X% per year) recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the clothing accessories imports, among the main importing countries, over the last X years, while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
