Compound Exports By Country
In 2016, China (X tonnes) represented the largest exporter for compound, achieving X% of total exports. It was distantly followed by Germany (X tonnes), and the Dominican Republic (X tonnes), together making up X% share of total compound exports. South Africa (X tonnes), Japan (X tonnes), the UK (X tonnes), Malaysia (X tonnes), Thailand (X tonnes), Italy (X tonnes), France (X tonnes), the Netherlands (X tonnes), and Spain (X tonnes) followed a long way behind this figure.
From 2007 to 2016, average annual rates of growth with regard to compound exports from China stood at +X%. At the same time, the Netherlands (+X%), Italy (+X%), South Africa (+X%), and Spain (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, the Netherlands emerged as the fastest growing importer/exporter in the world, with a CAGR of +X% from 2007-2016. Germany, and Thailand experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, France (-X%), the UK (-X%), the Dominican Republic (-X%), Japan (-X%), and Malaysia (-X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. From 2007 to 2016, the share of the Dominican Republic, Malaysia, and Japan increased by X%, X%, and X% percentage points, while China (-X%) saw their share reduced. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, China ($X) remains the largest compound supplier in the world, making up X% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by Germany ($X), with the share of X% of global exports. It was followed by France, with the share of X%.
In China, compound exports expanded at an average annual rate of +X% over the period from 2007-2016. In the other countries, the average annual rates were as follows: Germany (+X% per year) and France (+X% per year).
Compound Export Prices By Country
In 2016, the average export price for compound amounted to $X per kg, surging by X% against the previous year. In general, compound export price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2012, when export increased by X% y-o-y. In that year, average compound export price reached its maximum level of $X per kg. From 2013 to 2016, growth of average compound export price stood at a somewhat lower level.
Export prices varied noticeably by country of destination. the country with the highest export prices was France ($X per kg), while the Dominican Republic ($X per tonne) was among the lowest.
From 2007 to 2016, the most notable growth rate of compound export prices was attained by China (+X% per year), while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
