From 2007 to 2016, average annual rates of growth with regard to garments made up of fabrics exports from China stood at -X%. At the same time, Cambodia (+X%), United Arab Emirates (+X%), Bangladesh (+X%), the Netherlands (+X%), Honduras (+X%), Viet Nam (+X%), France (+X%), Belgium (+X%), and Germany (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Cambodia emerged as the fastest growing importer/exporter in the world, with a CAGR of +X% from 2007-2016. Mexico, and the U.S. experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. While the share of China (X%) increased significantly, the share of United Arab Emirates (-X%), and Cambodia (-X%) displayed negative dynamics. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, China ($X) remains the largest garments made up of fabrics supplier in the world, making up X% of global exports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by Viet Nam ($X), with the share of X% of global exports. It was followed by Belgium, with the share of X%.
In China, garments made up of fabrics exports expanded at an average annual rate of +X% over the period from 2007-2016. The remaining exporting countries recorded the following average annual rates: Viet Nam (+X% per year) and Belgium (-X% per year).
Garments Made Up of Fabrics Export Prices By Country
In 2016, the average export price for garments made up of fabrics amounted to $X per kg, going up by X% against the previous year. Over the last nine years it increased at an average annual rate of +X pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2016, when export increased by X% y-o-y. In that year, average garments made up of fabrics export price attained its maximum level, and is likely to continue its growth in the immediate term.
