Chandelier Imports By Country
In 2016, China (X tonnes) was the largest importer for chandelier, mixed up X% of total imports. It was distantly followed by the U.S. (X tonnes), committing X% share of total chandelier imports. Germany (X tonnes), the UK (X tonnes), France (X tonnes), Mexico (X tonnes), the Netherlands (X tonnes), and Iran (X tonnes) followed a long way behind this figure.
China experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. At the same time, Iran (+X%), and Mexico (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Moreover, Iran emerged as the fastest growing importer/exporter in the world, with a CAGR of +X% from 2007-2016. The UK, the Netherlands, and Germany experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. By contrast, France (-X%), and the U.S. (-X%) illustrated a downward trend over the same period. From 2007 to 2016, the share of the U.S. increased by X% percentage points, while the shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, the U.S. ($X) constitutes the largest market for imported chandelier worldwide, making up X% of global imports. The second position in the ranking was occupied by Germany ($X), with the share of X% of global imports. It was followed by the UK, with the share of X%.
From 2007 to 2016, the average annual rate of growth in terms of value of chandelier imports in the U.S. expanded at +X%. The remaining importing countries recorded the following average annual rates: Germany (+X% per year) and the UK (+X% per year).
Chandelier Import Prices By Country
The average chandelier import price stood at $X per tonne in 2016, import ,therefore, remained relatively stable against the previous year level. Overall, it indicated a strong expansion from 2007 to 2016: the import price value increased at an average annual rate of +X% over the last nine years. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations throughout the analyzed period. Based on the result of 2016, chandelier import price decreased by -X% against its level of 2014. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2010, when import price increased by X% from the previous year level. Global chandelier import peaked of $X per tonne in 2014- afterwards, it flattened through to 2016.
There were significant differences in the average import prices amongst major importing countries. In 2016, the country with the highest import prices was the U.S. ($X per kg), while China ($X per tonne) was among the lowest.
From 2007 to 2016, the most notable growth rate of chandelier import prices was attained by China (+X% per year), while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
