Which Country Exports the Most Activated Carbon in the World?
In 2016, the global activated carbon exports totaled X tonnes, approximately reflecting the previous year level. In general, activated carbon exports continue to indicate a remarkable expansion. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2014, when export increased by X% against the previous year level. In that year, global activated carbon exports reached its maximum volume of X tonnes. Activated Carbon Exports By Country
Mozambique (X tonnes) represented the key exporting country with an export of about X tonnes, which reached X% of total exports. Greece (X tonnes) held a X% share (based on tonnes) of global activated carbon exports, which put it in second place, following China (X%), and the U.S. (X%). Germany (X tonnes), India (X tonnes), Belgium (X tonnes), and Indonesia (X tonnes) followed a long way behind this figure.
Mozambique was also the fastest growing in terms of the activated carbon exports, with a CAGR of +X% from 2007 to 2016. At the same time, India (+X%), the U.S. (+X%), China (+X%), and Belgium (+X%) displayed positive paces of growth. Germany experienced a relatively flat trend pattern. The shares of the other countries remained relatively stable throughout the analyzed period.
In value terms, the largest activated carbon markets worldwide were Mozambique ($X), the U.S. ($X) and China ($X), with a combined X% share of global exports.
Mozambique (+X% per year) experienced the highest rates of growth with regard to the activated carbon exports, among the main exporting countries, over the last X years, while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
Activated Carbon Export Prices By Country
In 2016, the average export price for activated carbon amounted to $X per tonne, coming down by -X% against the previous year. Overall, activated carbon export price continues to indicate a modest expansion. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2011, when export increased by X% from the previous year level. Global activated carbon export peaked of $X per tonne in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2016, it failed to regain its strength.
Export prices varied noticeably by country of destination. the country with the highest export prices was Belgium ($X per tonne), while Greece ($X per tonne) was among the lowest.
From 2007 to 2016, the most notable growth rate of activated carbon export prices was attained by Indonesia (+X% per year), while the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.
