Qatar (X tons), the United Arab Emirates (X tons) and Kuwait (X tons) represented roughly X% of total imports in 2023. It was distantly followed by Lebanon (X tons), Saudi Arabia (X tons) and Bahrain (X tons), together committing a X% share of total imports. Syrian Arab Republic (X tons) held a minor share of total imports.

The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2022 an increase of X% against the previous year. As a result, import price attained the peak level of $X per ton, and then fell in the following year.

Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Saudi Arabia ($X per ton), while the United Arab Emirates ($X per ton) was amongst the lowest.
