In 2022, the average stationery product export price amounted to $3,745 per ton, dropping by -8.3% against the previous year. In general, the export price, however, saw a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2013 an increase of 18%. The export price peaked at $4,462 per ton in 2015; however, from 2016 to 2022, the export prices failed to regain momentum.

There were significant differences in the average prices for the major overseas markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Japan ($6,249 per ton), while the average price for exports to Malaysia ($1,232 per ton) was amongst the lowest.

The import price peaked at $6,136 per ton in November 2022, and then dropped sharply in the following month.

Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was the United States ($13,215 per ton), while the price for Japan ($1,305 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
