In June 2023, the average export price for wood charcoal (including shell or nut charcoal), whether or not agglomerated amounted to $544 per ton, reducing by -3.2% against the previous month. Overall, the export price recorded a noticeable contraction. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 when the average export price increased by 3.9% month-to-month. The export price peaked at $644 per ton in December 2022; however, from January 2023 to June 2023, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
