The average import price for textiles; worn clothing and other worn articleses stood at $447 per ton in January 2024, reducing by -10.2% against the previous month. In general, the import price saw a slight setback. The growth pace was the most rapid in August 2023 an increase of 17% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices attained the peak figure at $621 per ton in September 2023; however, from October 2023 to January 2024, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
