The United States, Bangladesh, Morocco, the UK, Australia, the Netherlands, Sweden, Malaysia, Oman and Kuwait lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further 28%.

Morocco, with a CAGR of +71.4%, recorded the highest rates of growth with regard to the value of imports, in terms of the main importing countries over the period under review, while purchases for the other global leaders experienced more modest paces of growth.

Import Prices By Country

Export Prices By Country

The average iron or steel bridges export price stood at $1,904 per ton in 2022, therefore, remained relatively stable against the previous year. Over the period from 2012 to 2022, it increased at an average annual rate of +2.3%. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2021 when the average export price increased by 30% against the previous year.
